Ron Hamilton's 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T

Along with providing a better detailed underhood area,
the AMT 1969 GTX Convertible kit's chassis brought the
underside of Ron's R/T to life with poseable front wheels,
a Dana 60 rear axle with separate leaf springs, and a
separate exhaust system with chromed tips, which he hollowed
out. The engine came from an AMT 1970 Dodge Super Bee
kit, along with the front exhaust pipes. Ron modified
the engine by scratch building a 4-barrel manifold, and
using the carb and air cleaner from an AMT 1974 Plymouth
Road Runner kit. He topped it off with a Last Detail 440
Magnum decal and a Replicas and Miniatures Company of
Maryland tan distributor cap.
Feeling like a kid again, Ron is quite content with his
beloved 1969 Coronet R/T Hardtop model having returned
to him once again.
